Every clinic is different, but typically we’re working across your full Simple Clinic backend ~ appointment reminders, intake forms, cancellation policies, dispensary, content blocks, invoicing setup, practitioner access, and more. After reviewing your intake form, we’ll identify what needs fixing, improving, or building from scratch. Then we implement it all for you ~ with resources to support you going forward.

It varies based on your clinic and how much needs to be done, but generally allow 3-4 weeks from start to finish. This gives us time for planning, communication, implementation, and creating your resources (SOPs, Looms, etc). You’ll also have 30 days of post-support after handover.

Yes! You don’t need to have it all figured out ~ that’s what we’re here for! Your intake form will help surface where things might be clunky or incomplete. You’re also welcome to send a video showing how you currently use Simple Clinic so we can spot issues you might not even realise are there.

Absolutely!! In fact, this can be one of the best times to invest in getting it right. We can set things up properly from the beginning, saving you from future tech headaches or messy systems that need redoing later.

Yes. You’ll receive editable templates, content blocks, and SOPs showing exactly how things were set up. Plus, the Loom walkthroughs mean you can revisit how things work any time, or share with your team in the future.

Definitely. If you want to approve suggestions before anything is implemented, that’s totally fine. You’ll also have WhatsApp access to me while I’m working on your clinic, so you can ask questions or add requests as we go. Or, if you'd prefer to hand it over completely, you can just leave it with me & I’ll get it done!

Yes. This is a premium, one-off investment, and payment plans are available to make it more manageable. We’ll chat about what works best once your application is accepted, though I typically offer 4 x payments of $480, spread over 4 - 8 weeks.

That’s totally okay ~ we can look at what’s needed and either book in a follow-up project or add extra support hours if required. Many practitioners use this intensive as a foundation and then continue with small add-ons over time as their business grows and evolves

The focus of this intensive is Simple Clinic itself, but we also review integrated systems such as Zoom, your dispensary setup (including Ariya), email templates, and client comms ~ anything that directly links to your clinic flow and client experience.

If you’re an established practitioner (or just getting started) and you know your systems could be working better, but you don’t have the time or headspace to figure it all out yourself ~ this is for you. It’s for clinics who are ready for things to feel easier behind the scenes, and who want someone else to just get it done properly for them.

Definitely. This intensive sets up the systems that your VA or team will use ~ things like automations, email templates, reminders, and processes. Once everything is implemented, your team will have clear documentation (including SOPs and Loom videos) to follow, making their job easier and your clinic more consistent.

Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive an onboarding email with your intake form and link to WhatsApp me any extra info (like Looms or example workflows). We’ll also confirm your start date and payment plan (if needed). After that, you can leave it with me!

Yes ~ securely and temporarily. We’ll provide clear instructions for sharing access safely so we can implement changes directly. Your login details are handled with care, and access is removed once the project is complete.
